This policy explains what Qrema collects when you visit qrema.shop or buy from us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you buy something: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and payment information. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
When you sign up for email: your email address, and your name if you give it.
When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and how you move through the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
Why we collect it
- To process and ship your order, and to contact you about it
- To handle returns, refunds, and support requests
- To send marketing email, only if you opted in
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To meet legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share what is necessary with the companies that make the store run:
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders
- Our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, which receives your name and shipping address in order to make and send your order
- Payment processors, including Shopify Payments and any alternative method offered at checkout
- Shipping carriers, which receive delivery details and tracking information
- Our email marketing platform, if you subscribed
- Analytics providers, which receive site usage data

Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store will not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us not to sell or share it, though we do not sell it
- Opt out of marketing at any time
California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Marketing email
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it. That does not stop transactional email about orders you have placed, which we have to send.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated more directly.
